When to Choose Wet Purification
A wet purification incinerator adds a complete flue gas treatment line after the secondary chamber. It is the right choice when emission limits are strict, the waste mix is complex (for example high plastic or chlorine content), or the incinerator is close to hospitals, homes or schools.
Configuration I: Venturi Scrubber + Cyclone
| Step | Equipment | Function |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Gasification (primary) chamber | Furnace temperature raised from 200Β°C to 800Β°C without bridging, slagging or sintering |
| 2 | Mixed combustion chamber | Secondary burner and circumferential air supply mix flue gas with air |
| 3 | Secondary combustion chamber | Residence time over 2 seconds, up to 1200Β°C |
| 4 | Venturi dust collector | High-efficiency wet venturi rapidly cools the gas and removes dust |
| 5 | LXH packed tower | Secondary filtration and cooling |
| 6 | Cyclone dust collector | Separates water and dust; clean gas is discharged by the induced draft fan |

Available as a standard furnace unit or a top-cover automatic feeding furnace unit.
Configuration II: Full Multi-Stage Treatment
Standard incinerator + quench tower + acid gas scrubbing tower + cyclone separator + activated carbon adsorption + bag dust collector.
| Step | Equipment | Function |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Quench cooling tower | Rapidly cools high-temperature flue gas to avoid dioxin re-formation |
| 2 | Deacidification (acid gas scrubbing) tower | Alkaline scrubbing liquid neutralises acidic components |
| 3 | Cyclone dust collector | Separates water droplets and dust |
| 4 | Activated carbon adsorber | Adsorbs odorous substances and heavy metals |
| 5 | Bag dust collector | High-temperature filter bags remove remaining dust |
| 6 | Induced draft fan and stack | Clean gas discharged to atmosphere |

Available with a standard furnace unit or a large automatic feeding furnace unit with a single-batch capacity of 3β5 tons for municipal and industrial projects.

Which Configuration Do I Need?
| Situation | Suggested configuration |
|---|---|
| Hospital or clinic with moderate emission limits | Configuration I |
| Strict national emission standard (acid gases, dust, dioxins, heavy metals) | Configuration II |
| Municipal or industrial waste, tons per day | Configuration II with large automatic feeding unit |
| Low-chlorine waste, remote site, no water treatment | Dry purification incinerator |

FAQ
What does a wet purification incinerator remove?
Dust, acid gases such as HCl and SOβ, and β with Configuration II β odorous substances and heavy metals through activated carbon and a bag filter.
What is the largest wet purification system you supply?
The large automatic feeding furnace unit handles 3β5 tons per batch, combined with full multi-stage flue gas treatment.
Does the wet system need water treatment?
Scrubber water is recirculated through a sedimentation tank; plan for make-up water and periodic discharge according to local rules.
Can you match a specific emission standard?
Yes. Send us the standard you must meet and we will propose the configuration.
