Garbage Incinerator Models

Our MWI series dry purification incinerators use a gasification primary chamber, a mixing combustion chamber with secondary burner, a high-temperature secondary chamber and a purification chamber with Ca(OH)₂ filter bricks to neutralize acidic gases. For stricter emission limits, choose a wet purification system.

Where Our Garbage Incinerators Are Used
Towns & Villages
Reduce household and commercial waste volume and the need for landfill.
Islands & Resorts
Treat waste locally instead of shipping it off the island.
Camps & Remote Sites
Mining, oil & gas and construction camps with no municipal collection.

What Affects Performance
- Moisture: wet household waste needs more auxiliary fuel; a drying stage can help.
- Sorting: removing glass, metal and inert material improves burnout and reduces ash.
- Operating hours: continuous operation is more fuel-efficient than frequent start-ups.
- Emission control: required in most regions; plan it from the start.

Dual Chamber Design With Wet Scrubber Option
Our garbage incinerators use a primary chamber for burning waste and a secondary chamber that burns the smoke again at high temperature. Where local rules require cleaner exhaust, a wet scrubber can be added to remove dust and acidic gases before the chimney. The same design is built in a range of sizes to match your daily waste volume.

FAQ
How much volume reduction can I expect?
Incineration typically reduces solid waste volume by around 90%, depending on waste composition. The remaining ash must be handled according to local rules.
Can it run without electricity?
Small batch models can be designed with minimal power needs. Most systems need power for fans, burners and controls; a generator can be supplied.
What fuel does it use?
Diesel, natural gas or LPG burners are used for start-up and to maintain temperature. Consumption depends on waste heating value.

Watch Our Incinerator in Real Operation
Unedited footage from a customer site: waste is loaded through the top door, the chimney runs without visible black smoke, and what remains is a small amount of fine ash.
- Easy top-door loading
- No visible black smoke from the chimney
- Only fine ash left after burning
