Wet Treatment Models (W Series)
W series incinerators pass the flue gas from the second combustion through a venturi spray system, Pall ring packing tower and cyclone dust remover before discharge. Each includes a 3.0 kW induced draft fan and 2.2 kW circulating water pump.

MWI-500 Tail Gas Purification Upgrade

For stricter emission limits or upgrading an existing incinerator: quench tower, deacidification tower, cyclone dust collector, activated carbon adsorption tower and cloth bag dust collector. Floor space approx. 10,000 × 8,000 × 6,000 mm.

Every unit is assembled and checked in our own factory before delivery.

FAQ
What temperature does a medical waste incinerator operate at?
Secondary chambers for medical waste are usually designed for around 1,000–1,100°C or higher with a minimum gas residence time, depending on the regulation that applies.
Is a small incinerator suitable for a clinic?
Yes, small batch units are common for clinics and health centers. Sizing depends on daily waste weight and operating hours.
