Industrial Incinerator Systems We Build

- Primary (gasification) chamber heats gradually from about 200°C to 800°C to reduce clinker, slagging and sintering
- Secondary combustion chamber: gas residence time over 2 seconds, temperature up to 1,200°C
- Quench cooling tower for rapid cooling to reduce the risk of dioxin re-formation
- Deacidification tower, activated carbon adsorber and high-temperature bag filter for compliant discharge

Waste Pyrolysis Incinerator

Organic waste is thermally decomposed in an oxygen-limited furnace. The pyrolysis gas is burned in a secondary combustion chamber and cleaned by the flue gas purification system, reducing waste volume with lower secondary pollution.
Waste We Can Design For
- Production scrap and packaging waste (paper, plastics, wood, textiles)
- Oily rags, filters and contaminated absorbents
- Rubber and leather offcuts
- Industrial sludge (with drying or co-firing design)
- Mixed general industrial waste
Hazardous waste requires a specific design and permits. Tell us the waste composition and we will confirm whether a system can be supplied for it.
System Configuration
| Component | Function | Options |
|---|---|---|
| Feeding system | Loads waste into the primary chamber | Manual door, automatic conveyor feeding, automatic top-opening feeding |
| Primary chamber | Gasifies and burns the waste | Gasification chamber, gradual heating from about 200°C to 800°C |
| Secondary chamber | Burns gases at high temperature | Residence time over 2 seconds, up to 1,200°C |
| Burners | Start-up and auxiliary heat | Diesel, natural gas, LPG |
| Flue gas treatment | Removes acid gases, dust and dioxins | Dry Ca(OH)₂ filter bricks; venturi scrubber + cyclone; quench, deacidification, activated carbon, bag filter |
| Control system | Temperature, air and safety interlocks | Electrical control box or PLC touchscreen cabinet |
| Ash removal | Discharges bottom ash | Manual or automatic |

FAQ
Can one incinerator handle several types of industrial waste?
Often yes, if the mix is known. Send the composition and approximate ratio of each waste type so we can size the chambers and burners.
Do I need flue gas treatment?
Most regions require it for industrial installations. The required system depends on your local emission standard.
Can the heat be recovered?
Heat recovery for hot water, steam or drying can be added on larger systems. Ask us to include it in the proposal.
