Many buyers source incinerators from China to get factory-direct prices. Done carefully, it is a reliable process. Here are the steps we see successful buyers follow.
Looking for equipment? Compare our incinerators for sale or see our industrial waste incinerators, built and tested in our own factory since 2009.
Step 1: Verify the Manufacturer
- Is it a real factory or a trading company? Ask for factory photos and a video tour.
- Ask for project references in your region.
- Check certifications such as ISO 9001.

Need an incinerator for solid waste?
We manufacture solid waste incinerators and recommend a model from your waste type, daily volume, fuel and local emission requirements. Send your details for a quotation.
All IncineratorsRequest a QuoteStep 2: Send a Clear Requirement
Waste type, daily volume, operating hours, emission standard, fuel, voltage/frequency and site conditions. A clear brief gets you comparable quotations.
Step 3: Review the Technical Proposal
Check secondary chamber temperature, residence time, flue gas treatment scope, fuel consumption, dimensions and weight, and what is included (chimney, control panel, spare parts, training).
Step 4: Factory Inspection or Video Inspection
Visit the factory or ask for a live video inspection and burning test before shipment. Many of our customers from Africa, the Middle East and Asia watch a live burning test before approving shipment.

Step 5: Packing and Shipping
- Wooden crates or protective wrapping for components
- Loading inspection photos
- Container type (20GP, 40HQ or flat rack for large units)
- Shipping terms (FOB, CIF) clearly agreed

Step 6: Customs and Documents
Typical documents include commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin. Check whether your country requires additional inspection certificates.
Step 7: Installation and Training
Prepare the site in advance (see our installation checklist), then follow installation drawings and complete operator training.
How do I know the incinerator will work before it ships?
Ask for a burning test at the factory, either witnessed in person or by live video, and a pre-shipment inspection record.
Choosing a Reliable Manufacturer
Start by checking the supplier’s experience, factory and references. Ask for factory photos or a video tour, projects similar to yours, technical drawings and certificates. A manufacturer with its own factory controls quality and delivery better than a trading company. Our factory has been building incinerators since 2009 and offers video factory tours on request. Shipping an Incinerator
Incinerators are heavy and bulky, so they usually travel by sea in containers or on flat-rack or open-top equipment, depending on size. Smaller units fit in standard containers. The supplier should provide seaworthy packing, a packing list and lifting points. Confirm whether your quote is EXW, FOB or CIF, and arrange a forwarder for customs clearance and inland delivery.

Documents You Will Need
- Commercial invoice and packing list
- Bill of lading
- Certificate of origin, if required for duty benefits
- Technical specifications and drawings for permits
- Any inspection or conformity certificates required in your country
Check your import duty and any special requirements with your customs broker before shipping.
After Arrival: Installation and Training
Plan the foundation and utilities while the incinerator is in transit, so installation can start as soon as it arrives. Follow our site preparation checklist. We provide installation guidance and operator training to help you start up safely.
